Awesome pastries and Italian bread! A little pricey but what isn't these days? It's also true Italian and the stuff was fresh. Loved it!

I don't really keep sweets at my place, I make myself walk to a bakery when I'm craving something. Over the years I've gotten different types of Italian cookies from here, my preference is usually the cookies with jam. All very good! This year, I did get their ricotta pie as my thanksgiving contribution. They topped it off with powdered sugar, which was a nice touch. Everyone who tried it raved about it. Fresh, rich, and everyone was asking me where I got it from. So happy it was a hit! They have such a big collection of pies this time of year (pumpkin, strawberry shortcake, chocolate chip ricotta, minced, etc), but as the holidays get closer, they start running out real quick. I called ahead and asked to put the pie on the side for me to pick up, which they gladly did. Very affordable too, $20. Also, the people who work here are so fun, funny, and amazing. I would totally be their friend in real life. They also have a mini grocery section of Italian goods & frozen foods. Looks like they do subs & hearty lunches. There is no seating inside, so it's more of a take away spot. + there's street parking.

The subs here are yummy. I had an italian sub last weekend and a roast beef sub today and both were delicious. I haven't tried the hot food yet but look forward to trying the chicken parm pasta. I also had a cannoli that I really enjoyed. This place is a find and the staff are nice.

Earlier today, a man came into your store and ordered a meatball sub and a chicken salad. His order was $10.65, he paid with a $20 bill, and once the register was open, he added a $1 bill, and because she took a moment to count the amount of change, he took to Facebook to make fun of her. I've worked in retail before. I know that when someone does this, you have to be careful because they might be a con artist trying to steal from the register, and you have to be extra sure to get it right so that your own drawer isn't short. I'm posting this because I don't think that your staff deserved to be treated this way. It sounds like she did an incredible job under the circumstances, despite him trying to be difficult and hold up the rest of the line. As it so happens, I have friends in Medford, and I often travel to the Boston area for work. I will be sure to stop in and tip extra next time I'm in the area.

This place makes a solid tiramisu. It had the right balance of everything. Some Tiramisu's are too soft, too custardy. This is just the right amount of firmness, just the right amount of espresso. While it did not blow my mind, it is everything you would expect from a solid tiramisu.

Delicious meals and bakery items in generous portions at a good price. This is one of our favorite places to eat in this neighborhood! I recommend their chicken parm pasta. Honestly, it's enough for two meals.

I love it here! My go to for Chicken cutlet sub! They are always great and the service is prompt and courteous!! Always clean and well stocked!!! Definitely worth it !!

Purchased an assortment of pastries and bread. 2nd time visiting, did not disappoint! Danish was enjoyed without minutes, fresh and delicious!! Will most certainly be back!!

Too many good options here. Favorite is the chicken d'parma. Saltiness of the prosciutto with the chicken cutlet is excellent. With La Cascia's bread you can't beat it. Steak Til Sub and Meatball Sub are excellent as well.

Huge and delicious. My last day in Boston and needed a quick lunch. My friend recommended this place since it was just a few blocks away from his house and easy to pickup. I ordered the chicken parm sub. From the reviews it looked like portions were not small. Those reviews were true! The sandwich was huge (small size) and very tasty. It's definitely going to be on my list whenever I visit.
